CPD Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions
The Prize Draw will take place on Friday 29 November.
All entrants will be allocated a number a winning number will be drawn at random by the Company Directors. Names associated with the numbers will not be known to the directors until after the draw has taken place. Should any winner be unable to accept their prize (for whatever reason) an additional draw will take place on a date to be announced. Additional draws may take place until there is one, confirmed winner.
The winner will be contacted shortly thereafter and announced on the Pets Naturally® website by Friday 6th December.
The winner will receive a voucher worth £1,000 towards a CPD event of their choosing, which should take place within twenty four months of the Prize Draw date.
Pets Naturally® reserves an option to request that the winner chooses another CPD event if their first choice is deemed inappropriate.
Each eligible entrant into the Prize Draw will be entered only once.
Practice Managers who are also Veterinary Nurses should register in only one category. Veterinary Nurses who register in both categories will only be entered in the Veterinary Nurse Category.
Entrants in the Prize Draw will be any one of the following:
– Qualified Nurses (RVN’s)
– Veterinary Surgeons
– Practice Managers
All entrants must be permanently employed by a veterinary practice in the UK in a full time or part time capacity.
Members of educational institutions, practice principals, corporate directors and locums will not be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
Entrants must have registered and completed the survey on the Pets Naturally® website or at BVNA Congress or the London Vet Show, and must either
have registered to attend (and attended) one of the Pets Naturally® presentations at these shows, or, have requested further information about Pets Naturally® products.
Employees and support staff of Pets Naturally® are not eligible to enter.
Pets Naturally® reserves the right to amend any of these terms and conditions under exceptional circumstances.
Registration binds entrants to these terms and conditions.
